Thankyou very much Jimmy for commenting on my blog , I'm glad you agree with me as I have found lots of people lately that believe self service is not the way forward because they feel its limiting the social nature of shopping, banking etc. I very much believe it is the only way to improve our shopping experience.

Self service is becoming very popular within businesses now days because:

• It allows people to shop from home,
• The business does not have to employ staff to assist with purchases,
•  Purchases can be made much quicker,
• Items can be bought even when the physical shop is closed,
• It allows customers to take more time,
• And finally banking can be speeded up by the use of self service websites.
